Roger Cravenor Fundraiser Tourney
My name is Roger Cravenor and I am having a fundraiser poker
tournament with the assistance of Club Poker League for my
brother Dr. Robert Allen Cravenor D.O. in order to help with the
high cost of medical expenses on April 11th at 1:00 P.M. at the
Olde World Restaurant in North Port, FL.
Dr. Robert Allen Cravenor D.O. graduated from Cambridge High
School with honors in 1999. Where he then attended Kent State
University and graduated with a BS degree in Biology in 2003
Summa Cum Laude. He was accepted and attend Ohio Universities
Osteopathic School of Medicine. He graduated with a Doctorate
Degree in Osteopathic Medicine in July of 2007.
In September of 2007 he was diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic
Lateral Sclerosis) or commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
ALS is a rapidly progressive degenerative neuromuscular disease.
When he was diagnosed with ALS he started having phone
consultations every month and coming down to Port Charlotte
every six months with his wife Jamie Cravenor to work with
naturopath Dr. Robert Morse. I moved down to Port Charlotte in
November of 2009 so my brother would have a place to stay during
the winter months in order to be closer and work more
extensively with his Doctor in attempts to beat this horrific
disease.

Double Win Days
Two double certificates for first place and two single wins
for second place. No chopping.
Club Poker League players will now be using a new way to track
their wins. Instead of countless certificates piling up in your
car or wherever you keep you winning certificates, players will
be issued a certificate booklet. Each book will hold up to 40 entries
and show the date, place, type/points and verification stamp of
your wins. Dealers will still complete the standard winner sheet
and results will be posted online as before. The booklets have a
convenient list off Club Poker league venues and times on the back
page. (Current at time of printing)
Club Poker League staff wants to thank Gary for inventing, designing
and supplying all current books in circulation. The booklets will
save around 3000 sheets of paper per season. Without your outstanding
efforts, the booklets would not be possible!

Two
Table Requirements
In order to have two or more simultaneous played separate tournaments,
there must be a minimum of 8 players at each table before the first
hand is dealt.
When there are 15 to 12 players at the start of the first hand,
the dealers shall deal at two balanced tables until the number of
players reach 10 or less. Next, the tables will be combined
into one table and having one winner for both
tables. NO EXCEPTIONS
If there are a total of 11 players one will be filtered in as
soon as the first player is felted.
New Rules For Certificates
Due to overwhelming player requests, starting September 21st,
Club Poker League will award certificates and chip cards as follows:
First Place: Double Certificate
Second Place: Single Certificate
Third Place: Two Chip Cards
Fourth Place: One Chip Card
High Hand: Quads or Better*
Bounty and Royal Flush: Same as Always
Can players chop the certificates into first, second, and
third?
Absolutely Not! Chopping the certificates into 3 certificates
is strictly prohibited!
What if a player plays heads an win all the chips before
the 5 minute time limit expires?
That player wins 1st Place, a "Double Certificate"; The
opponent wins 2nd Place; a "Single Certificate".
Do I have to play in game 1 or stay for 4 games to win a "High
Hand" Certificate?
Absolutely Not! Play 1 game or all day/night and you can win.
